Where should a Taxpayer file their delinquent paper tax returns?

According to the State of New Jersey, taxpayers are urged to paper file their delinquent tax returns to the following address to take advantage of the Amnesty provision as follows;

New Jersey Division of Taxation
Tax Amnesty Headquarters
P.O. Box 272, Trenton, NJ 08695-0272.
