Will New Jersey accept a copy of my W-2 if I paper file my tax return?

Generally speaking there are many instances when taxpayers receive only one “State” copy of my W-2, but have more than one state return to file. Fortunately, New Jersey will accept a photocopy of your W-2 form, of course that copy should be legible.
