Expatriate income and alimony

I am a Expat in China. My ex-wife lives in the USA. My China pay is subject to 35% Chinese taxes and does not allow me to detuct my alimony payment prior to determining my tax liability. Is there any way to use my tax credits to reduce the US taxes my ex pays (it appears that this income will be double taxed ---- I will pay Chinese tax on it and my ex will pay US taxes on the same income.
