I am on H1B visa and my wife was on H4 entire 2014(till Dec 9th) except for the last twenty days.For the Last twenty days(i.e from Dec 10,2014) in 2014 her status changed to F1-Student visa. I paid around $10k for her masters in 2014.

Is she eligible for 1098T?
