The IRS proposes an end to the Refund Anticipation Loans!

The IRS is attempting to put an end to the Refund anticipation loans after 2008 and it appears that are going to be successful in that endeavor.

The IRS is deciding to act after receiving substantial complaints from consumer groups about the exorbitant fees for this service, sometimes with interest rates in excess of 200%.

The decision to act comes after reviewing the various complaints and thorough investigations. The IRS has decided to finally take action on behalf of the taxpayers most vulnerable to this scheme.
