What is the due date to to file an Extension and what Tax Form must I use?
A taxpayer must file an extension to file an Individual Tax Return by April 15th. The form that the taxpayer must use is "Form 4868" which will grant a taxpayer an automatic 6 month extension to file his or her 2007 tax return.
