March 15th is Original due date for Filing corporation tax return

Remember the deadline for filing the Corporation tax return is March 15th, 2007.

If you owe taxes, you have to make a payment using Form 8109 Coupon and take to the Bank and present this coupon with a payment. The IRS does not accept any corporation tax liability with check payments with the tax return!

If I filed a valid extension, that was timely filed, what is the extended filing deadline for a C corporation?

Are any futher extensions possible?
