What is the mailing address where I have file the Corporation Extension Request?

You are right! Today is the due date for the filing of Form 7004, An Application for the Automatic 6 -Month Corporation Extension Request. The address where you should mail the extension request is:

Department of the Treasury,
Internal Revenue Service Center
Cincinnati, OH 45999-0045

You must indicate line number 1, of this form the Form Code for the tax return. A form code 12 refers to a C Corporation and a form code 25 refers to an S corporation.

Also, please indicate on line 4a, that the application is for calender year 2007.

Line's 6, 7 and 8 must also be filed, usually for S Corporations these would be Zero. For C Corporations, you must estimate the tax liability and enter the numbers accordingly to reflect the tentative tax liability along with any estimated tax liabilities paid to date.
