What is the due date for filing the C Corporation Extention request?

I have a NY regular C Corporation, when is the deadline for requesting an extension to file the tax return?

The Original due for a NYS Corporation is March 15, 2007. So, it follows that the due date for filing an extension is also March 15, 2007.

The Extension request is filed using Form CT-5, whuch automatically gives taxpayer 6 months to file the corporation tax return, with due date extended to September 17th, 2007.
