How does a C corporation file an extension request?

I have a Corporation, but I haven't got my papers ready to file the 2006 corporate tax return. Two questions really, One is what form do I file, and second question if I live in NJ where do I file this form? Thanks a lot.

The FORM 7004 is the application for an automatic 6 month extension time to file a C or S corporation tax return. This firm should be mailed by March 15th 2007, to avoid late filing penalties.
