Red face Where to Report 1099B, 1099G

My federal and Oklahoma state returns are nearly complete online. I just have a few issues to clear up, some of which I hope to do here. FreeTaxUSA is the site I am using, and they never asked me if I had a 1099-B (Gross Proceeds Less Commission on Stocks, Bonds, Etc), or a 1099-G (report of Okla state refund received in '09).

I'm particularly concerned because the 1099-B is part of a year-end tax document from Morgan Stanley. That company helped me withdraw funds from a 457 account and a 401(A). The former was rolled into stocks and bonds, and the latter was rolled into another IRA, I believe. I want to make sure to report the entire transaction and my new stock ownership correctly.

Let me know if you need to additional info. Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Karen
