husband owes back child support but has no income

My husband owes back child support. He DID NOT work ANY in 2009. He has $0.00 income. I support him and our three children. If I file taxes as married filing jointly and I file the injured spouse form, will I get the ENTIRE amount of my refund back? Thanks!
