Can I Claim My 19 Year Old As A Dependent If He Is In College?

My 19 Year Old Lives On Campus At A Community College ,but I Still Take Care Of Him Financially, By Buying Food, Paying His Phone Bill, Medical And Dental Insurance And Money For Other Clothes And Personal Items..can I Claim Him As A Dependent On My Taxes?
