Return lost

I have searched and searched and have not found anyone else with this situation. I E filed through Turbo Tax on 1/30. I never received an acceptance or rejection. I've talked to TT twice and they've said they sent it there is nothing they can do, see you later. I've talked to IRS twice and they say they have not received anything. The only suggestion from IRS was wait 21 days and send a paper file with Copy Written on it to see if it them goes through. Anyone ever hear of this?

You can always file a second, third, etc. tax return before the due date. The IRS will process each one as a correction to the prior return. So the last one submitted before the due date will be your return. Just mail it in.
