Is the cost of "BOTOX Injections" deductible on my 2009 Tax Return?

Currently, the IRS does not allow the cost of the BOTOX injections (used for example, to smooth the wrinkles around your eyes or to improve your looks) to be a deductible medical expense as of the tax year 2009!
