I have been in CA and my employer in NJ was withoding NJ taxes for the last few years. I had to pay Estimated Taxes in CA quarterly (if you have not, you will have to pay some penalties) ... and while filing taxes, get the full amount refunded from NJ state.

I had checked with a few tax consultants and have been filing my taxes through HR Block. Everybody advised me that as I live and work in CA, I MUST be paying thew CA taxes.

Now coming to my problem ..... I do I get the full refunt when I file through TORBOTAX ??? Anybody done this before???
