Reporting miscellaneous income under $600

Hi,

I think this should be an easy answer, but i did a freelance job through Elance in 2014, and got paid $250 by an Australian company. Since it was under $600, a 1099 form was never sent to me.

My question is, which form do i fill out? Does it matter that the client was not US based? The IRS.gov website says fill out a 1040 schedule C OR a 1040 Schedule C-EZ. Does it matter which form i fill out? Is there any other info i need to know?

Thanks in advance!
