Question Miscellaneous Deductions

I repaid an excess witholding tax allowance this year and on the form I received from the National Finance Center it states that I will be entitled to a deduction on my Federal Income Tax Return under Miscellaneous Deductions. On Schedule A where would the amount of the Relocation Income Tax allowance (RIT) I paid be listed as a deduction?
