Delaware e-filing Mandate for Annual Report

Starting in 2007, the 2007 Corporate Annual Report for Delaware based Corporations is required to be filed electronically filed! The State of Delaware will email the Filing Form and the link to the registered agents in Delaware.

The Limited Partners, Limited Liability Companies and General Partnerships formed in the State of Delaware are not required to file an Annual Report, however they are required to pay an annual tax of $200.

The due date for paying these minimum taxes is June 1st.
