What are the Annual Gift Exclusions for 2008?

The Annual Gift Exclusions for 2007 and 2008 Tax Year is currently set at $12,000. The IRS has not changed the amount of exclusion for 2008, and there is no provision pending in Congress to increase this amount in 2008.
