S Corporation dissolution and minimum tax payment

hi,

I have opened a S corporation in NJ in last month but due to some reason I want to close the same. Not a single transaction has been done in the corp neither I have yet opened a bank account in the name of the corp. So if I close the S corp, do I have to file any tax return for corp? Do I have to pay any min tax? If yes, then how much and can I get any reduction in that?
