What are the minimum tax on a Delaware Corporation?

According to the Delaware Division of Corporations, effective January 1st, 2008, the following are the minimum taxes due for the different types of corporate entities.

1. Minimum taxes on C or S Corporation tax returns.
The minimum tax due on a Delaware corporation will be $75.00.

2. Minimum taxes on Partnership tax returns
The tax for Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Partnerships/General Partnerships is now $250.00.
