Can a F1 visa holder start a software company in US

Hello,

I am a student in United States and am having F1 visa. I am planning to start a software company by myself. My clients will be US firms and I am planning to give this work to other companies abroad through my company. So I will not be hiring anyone from abroad.

1. Can I start such a software company in US with F1 status?
2. Can I hire people(US citizens) to work for my company?
3. Can I work myself for the company?
4. Can I open bank account for the company?

Thanks in advance,

-harsha
