A quick question, what is the form that is required to file a 2007 Gift tax return?

What form is required to file a 2007 Gift tax return?
To file a Gift Tax Return, the IRS requires taxpayers to use Form 709 "United States Gift (Generation-Skipping Transfer) Tax Return."
