What are the Important Dates for Payroll Tax For California Payroll Tax Returns for 2012?

January 1, 2012 (Delinquent if not filed/paid by January 31, 2012)
Quarterly payroll tax payments, and contribution return and report of wages reports due.
State:
DE 9 (Quarterly Contribution Return and Report of Wages) due for the fourth quarter of 2011, and
DE 9C (Quarterly Contribution Return and Report of Wages (Continuation)) due for the fourth quarter of 2011.
DE 3BHW (Employer of Household Worker(s) Quarterly Report of Wages and Withholdings) due if you are a household employer annual taxpayer.
DE 88 (Payroll Tax Deposit) payment due for wages paid in the fourth quarter of 2011
see Payroll Tax Deposit to determine your deposit schedule.
Annual Report Due – Annual Household Employers
State:
DE 3HW (Employers of Household Workers Annual Payroll Tax Return) due for 2011 from annual household employers.

January 17, 2012
Monthly payroll deposits due.
State:
