CA tax credit for parents of child w/ disability?

Is there any tax credit in California for parents of a child with disabilities? In our case, our child has multiple diagnoses (including hearing & vision impairments). In NC parents can not get up to $6000 to pay for education or therapy:

Does anything similar exist in CA? If so, is it based on income, or adjusted gross income?
