Hello, ok so heres the situation.

I am 20 and i live at home with my dad and work a part time job.

So i filed my taxes and received them but my dads freaking out saying he can claim me and want me to contact the irs so that i can basically say that i didnt mean to file. This way he can claim me.

Ok so heres thing wouldnt i get in trouble for doing this? Im very worried and scared about being in trouble with the law and the irs if i was to do his idea.

And also how can he claim me? From my understanding im too old
