2005 - 2006 1099 reported by employer when i was not with the company.

2005 - 2006 1099 reported by employer when i was not with the company. I was working for a painting company then i left for a couple years then cam back. They reported taxes on me for 2005 and 2006 when i was not working there. how do i get this removed i have the irs putting levy's on every thing. Im now working back at the same company again. Any help would be much appreciated.
