Does NJ tax SEP-IRA contributions?

I am fairly certain that NJ taxes traditional IRA'a and of course ROTH IRA contributions, but what about SEP-IRA contributions? I am converting my SEP-IRA to ROTH. I know I'll have to pay NJ tax on any gains in my SEP-IRA, but not sure about the orginal contribution.
