painted entire rental house

Do I depreciate it under improvement using 27.5 life or a shorter 5 yr life since we paint in between each tenant? If it matters this is for an estate return 1041. I am pretty sure the rules are the same for 1041 as for 1040.

I am also trying to figure out how many things we can depreciate in the house. I know appliances, roof, windows, furnace/ac, fencing, cabinetry, blinds, carpet. Am I missing anything?
