Unhappy How important is order of checks in QuickBooks

Hello. I'm a bookkeeper and I do payroll as well.I was doing employee payroll checks and there was an error.i got my accountant to fix the error ; which caused us to print each check individually. Most checks printed out of order(looks crazy).I didn't void them. My question is,do CPA or auditors make a big deal about check number not perfectly in order in QuickBooks?I understand it's important to have good clean books free of error but mistakes happens.
