I and my husband have been separated for just a bit over a year but not legally separated. He left me with all the bills which I have had much help from family catching up and maintaining. The house is in his name and states a married woman.. the loan however is in his name only. How do I file if I do not work and still live in the house and pay the house payments which includes the taxes and insurance?
