Form 8332 - forgot to send

Hello. I appreciate any feedback. I stupidly forgot to attach form 8332 when I e-filed - is it necessary to amend? Do I need to worry about it? If I'm audited, I have the signed form, and my ex is not claiming so there's no problem in that regard.

Thank you.
