Should a wait?

So earlier in the year about August my friend bought a car and used a referral that I gave her. In the program I got a 200$ payment for getting her to buy the car. When we were there I had to fill out a tax form before I left, I forget which one it was, but I filled it out and got the money in either October or November. Now I want to get my taxes done but I haven't received anything yet concerning that payment or the form I filled out. Should I wait to file or just go ahead?

you may just go ahead and report it as other income on line 21 of form 1040.
