1095-c confusion

i hope this is the right place for this. On my 1095-c form under#15 employee required contribution it says i payed $106 a month but i was paid weekly and $233 was pulled from my check every week. This seems wrong, the minimum for just me would have been more then $26.50 a week. help?!?!

as you said, Line #15 reports the monthly share of your lowest-cost, single coverage premium offered to you. This amount is probably different than your actual medical coverage premiums and that?s OK. Line #15 reflects the lowest-cost, single coverage premium offered to you regardless what you were actually enrolled in. The employee portion is for the lowest cost for a single premium. It is not a reflection of what you actually paid. If you had a family health plan, your contribution will be more than the amount shown on your 1095-C. If there is incorrect information on your 1095C, then, always contact your branch office to determine if they can assist you..
