1095-a

If you are married filing separately how do you handle the 1095-A?

Form 1095-A is used to report certain information to the
IRS about individuals who enroll in a qualified health plan
through the Marketplace. That, mixed with your separated-not-divorced status makes it a bit more complicated
you can buy two separate policies if you wish, however, when reporting your income, you must use your separate income, not your h/h income
