Health care tax credits?

I went through the paces to see if i qualified for help with health care premiums and with my estimated income (last years income) and i did not qualify.

Now that it is December i am realizing that it is shaping up to be a terrible year for me financially an that i had greatly overestimated my income at the beginning of the year.

Question is: Is there an avenue to take to get some sort of tax break for the health premiums i have paid for with no financial help when in reality i may have qualified for help with my actual income?

Thanks in advance.

as you said, aslongas you have
greatly overestimated your income at the beginning of the year of 2016, then your premium tax credit can be more than your advanced premium tax credit. In this case, since you estimated your income to qualify for APTC, but didn't make enough, you don't owe back any money and can keep the tax credits you got in advance
