My question is about C corporation tax filing.
My company has just started and have no idea about tax reporting yet?

I am still wondering what form we have to file as a C corporation.
Please give me an advice about every necessary form.
I've just found this web site, and I think I will visit here very often from now on.

According to the IRS, Form 1120, "U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return" is to be used to report the income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, and to figure the income tax liability of a corporation.

Furthermore, the IRS has stated that "a corporation must file its income tax return by the 15th day of the 3rd month after the end of its tax year.
