Paper tax return, sent back missing sig.

So I tried to file my taxes online which I do every year, but this year they didn't recognize my name, last years address or the amount I was refunded, so I printed off the paper and mailed it in. Well 6 weeks later they mailed it back because I forgot to sign it, I signed it and returned it May 20th, and I check the IRS website to see where my refund was, and it says I'm still not located in the system. How long will this take? I didn't have any changes to my tax return from previous years, I had health insurance all of 2015 I'm not sure what I should do.
