Define Head of household as it pertains to NPO
Could you define the status of Head of Household in a NPO? My wife works for a church and she is not considered Head of household as it pertains to the insurance benefit for families.
Thank You

The head of household rules does not distinguish whether or not a taxpayer is employed at a NPO or a For Profit Organization.
