Late filing of Form 2553 for S Corp status

We were late in submitting Form 2553 to apply for S Corp status for our LLC. We believe we met all the criteria to file late and submitted an explanation with the form.

We filed the form a couple of months ago. How do we confirm whether the IRS accepted our late filing status?
