Qualifying relative deduction

My 22 year old sister lives with me and she doesn't work and is not in school. I support her. I believe she may be a qualifying relative but am unsure about one thing. She came here from another country in Feb 2008 on a Green Card. Would she still qualify as a deduction even though she didn't live with me the whole year? I was looking at Pub 501, page 15 under "Member of Household or
Relationship test" where it says something about the relative not having to live with you the whole year. Can I claim her based on that? Thanks for any advice......
