I was 17 years old in 2008. I moved into my boyfriend's house in April/May of that year. He supported me for the year and I did not work the entire year.

For the 2008 taxes he and my mother both claimed me as a dependant. My mother and I haven't spoken since I moved out of her house in October 2006. She hasn't paid for anything for me but has claimed me since.

I am wondering because they are both likely to be audited. How will we stand against my mother in this case? What kind of paperwork will I be required to show? Any help is appreciated.
