C Corp dissolution - remaining bills
I'm in the process of dissolving my C corp. I've filed the final tax return and need to go to the state to file the corp dissolution. (Nebraska)
I've been paying bills out of my pocket and my tax guy told me I could claim those as a capital loss on my personal taxes.
My question is: I have one more credit card in the company's name. Am I liable for it personally?, I don't think so. However, I will probably pay it off, but want to know if they can come after me or the corporation if there is nothing in the corp to go after??
