Reporting State Refund if Divorced

My wife and I recieved a refund from our 2007 Oregon Taxes. In August of 2008 we were divorced. (The divorce was final in that month.) Do I need to declare that refund as income in my 2008 Federal Taxes, filing Single, or do I delcare half of it?
