How many Corporation Income Tax Rates does Michigan State have for Tax Year 2008?

For the Tax Year 2008, Michigan State has only 1 Corporation tax rate bracket, with a flat tax rate of 4.95%.

In addition, Michigan Corporations are subject to the "New Michigan Business Tax, with the first $45,000 of tax base exempt. This tax is based on a tax rate of 0.8% of modified gross receipts in excess of $350,000 or more.
