How many Corporation Income Tax Rates does Minnesota State have for Tax Year 2008?

For the Tax Year 2008, Minnesota State has only 1 Corporation tax rate bracket, with a flat tax rate of 9.8%.

In addition, Minnesota State imposes an additional "5.8% tax on any Alternative Minimum Taxable Income over the base tax."
