Living in WA. Company in CA. Working in WA...state taxes?

Hi

If I live in WA, but work (via telecommuting) for a company who's headquarters are in California, do I have to pay CA state income tax?

Are there other factors to consider? Like if the company has a presence in WA?

Thanks
