Closed business in 2014

I have closed my business at the end of 2014 and have two questions.
I have three years remaining of goodwill amortization. How do I write off the remaining three years?
I have a fully depreciated car that I have used partially for business since 2000. Do I have to recover any amount if I did not use it for business in 2014 of if I have sold it in 2014?
Jerry
