Tax requirements for expatriate

Hello,

I am a US and UK national living abroad and working as a consultant. I have not lived in the USA since 2007 and have not visited since 2013 (a short holiday). I work as a consultant in various countries around the world and am paid over Paypal into US based checking accounts by my clients. I do not have a registered company and do not represent anyone except myself.

I am interested in knowing whether I need to pay any US taxes and if so what I can do to reduce the amount that I do need to pay.

Thank you,

Jerry
